My stay at the hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms were big, nice, and well-equipped, much more luxurious than I expected. The hotel offers a huge space, including a kitchen, garden, and meeting room with a superb 360-degree view of Da Nang city. The service was exceptional with extremely kind and helpful staff. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Han market and Con market, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the thoughtful service provided. Overall, a truly memorable experience with great value for money.
The hotel rooms were really big and nicely decorated with nice and supportive staff. We enjoyed the superb 360-degree view of Da Nang city. Although our room wasn't ready when my boyfriend and I arrived, the hotel receptionist was kind enough to offer us a free 30-minute massage at their spa while we waited. Overall, during the 2 nights we stayed there, it was a pleasant experience.
This hotel is a gem in the heart of Da Nang; clean, comfortable rooms flooded with natural light make for a relaxing stay. The service is top-notch with staff always eager to help and accommodate guests. The central location allows for easy access to key attractions, though some may find the dining options slightly limited.
I can't recommend this hotel enough! The rooms are bigger and better than advertised, and the added bonus of their own limo service at a very affordable rate for 8 hours or longer is fantastic. The customer service is top-notch, and the buffet breakfast is simply amazing. I couldn't fault anything about this hotel; it truly deserves more than a 6-star rating. Plus, after a disappointing experience at a nearby hotel, this place was a breath of fresh air with its incredible views.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with stunning rooms and very friendly service. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but the dining experience could have been better. Overall, a great value for money choice.
